Only a short tram journey to the Town Centre, Blackpool Tower, The Sealife Centre, Shops, Bars, Clubs much more. The location is perfect for both leisure and business trips and ideal for families due to the south location. Benefiting from only a 5 minute walk to the Beautiful Promenade and Beach.

This two bedroom apartment has everything required to make this feel like a home away from home, from a private bathroom to fully equipped kitchen area.

Within this property block is the entertainments & gym room, with a large TV with access to smart TV apps, a small pool table, fuseball table and gym machinery. This is free of charge to add to your reservation, however, must chose a available time slot.

There is a cleaning fee of £78 per apartment and a fully refundable damage deposit of £200 per apartment.

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.

The kitchen has all of the appliances & accessories you would need to call the suites a second home including microwave, oven, crockery & more! All apartments have their own bathroom.

These apartments can be booked separately, or together if you are visiting Blackpool with friends or family.

There is no free parking available at this property, however, there is a car park across the road.
