The living area has plenty of comfortable seating & a flat screen Smart TV. Leading from the living area, double French doors take you to the sunny patio with table & chairs for al fresco drinks. Heading down the hallway you'll pass a utility cupboard housing the washing machine & on the right is a good sized shower room with large walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a bright double bedroom with lovely views overlooking the patio area. To the front of the property is a spacious parking area.
