Overlooking the sea, Villa Neranyum is a luxurious property that can accommodate up to 12 people. A few minutes from the beach it is the perfect choice to enjoy the Amalfi Coast. Its construction in Villa Californiana style with interiors in absolute Amalfi style.
The Villa offers different levels of terraces connected by stairs, offering large outdoor spaces, to enjoy the sun, relax or admire spectacular sunsets.
The 170 m² panoramic roof terrace offers breathtaking views.
Guests can train with a view, then dive into the hot tub while enjoying a cocktail and finally relax on a sun lounger. The hydromassage tub is heated to a temperature of 40°, ideal for relaxing in the evening while admiring a starry sky.
In the lower courtyard guests will find a swimming pool of approximately 15 m² with a relaxing waterfall jet and hydromassage.
Below the pool area there is another spacious terrace with outdoor seating and trees.
There is also a cozy outdoor dining courtyard with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for al fresco parties.
Entering the villa from the parking lot, a fully equipped kitchen with table welcomes guests, while the entrance from the ground floor welcomes guests into the lounge area overlooking the sea, with a small kitchen also equipped and living room with sofa and satellite TV.
The villa consists of six double bedrooms each with Queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.

Every morning breakfast is served in the internal kitchen or external area, both buffet and served.
Access to the beach is really simple, from a small private gate of the villa, guests can access the steps that lead to the nearest beach about 150 meters away.
