The space
SLEEPING
With 1 bedroom, and a sofa bed, everybody in your group will be sure to get a great night's sleep. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head with the added bonus of window shutters.

The property can sleep 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen.

Please note: Travel cots are available on request, please provide your own bedding if required.

FRESHENING UP
There's no need to wait around to get freshened up. You'll have one bathroom, all modern and full featured.

Towels and toiletries provided.

Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided.

RELAXING
Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofas and watch your favourite movie on the flat screen Smart TV with Sky Freeview coupled with high speed broadband.

EATING
Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen:
Cooker with gas hob
Fridge
Toaster
Kettle
and all the pots and pan one needs!

......and a Dishwasher to help you get them all clean again!!

Meal time will be a pleasure here in the dining area with plenty of seating.

Garden is for hosts use only to be used in emergency.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Property is professionally managed.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

There is a shared area just inside the entrance to the property which is where my private washing machine is. Unfortunately, the washing machine is not available to guests.

Additional rules
No extra guests.

Check-in is any time after 4pm and check-out by 10 am. You may incur an additional charge if you check out late without prior agreement.

Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.

Quiet hours between 22:00 - 08:00

We observe a strict no party policy; gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible.

When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and windows.

Please leave property as you found it, ensuring all dinnerware is clean and rubbish removed. You will incur an additional charge if this rule is not adhered to.

Please lower room temperature to 12°C when checking out.

Garden is for Host use only, except for exit in an emergency.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
