"DON CARLOS" APARTMENT. In the heart of Tuscany inside the Alpaca Farmhouse there is a 50sqm rustic-style apartment with an independent entrance on the first floor. Consisting of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, en suite bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and everything needed for preparing meals. A shared washing machine is also available.
It is possible to have wifi internet connection.

Private parking inside the farm building.

Outside (and from the windows) you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, the place is ideal for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday, and you can admire the Alpacas grazing, together with the small family of Tibetan goats and the horse. of breed Falabella called Imperatore, to the Amiata donkey named Giulio, cats and the cavalierking dog named Charlie. You can also enjoy free use of the large 7x14 linear meter swimming pool surrounded by the wonderful park.
We will be happy to welcome you and give you advice and indications on the most beautiful places, typical restaurants and cultural sites that characterize our territory. Next to the most important Tuscan cities of art (Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano Florence, Lucca, Siena), as well as close to the Tuscan coast (Livorno, Viareggio, Quercianella ...)
On request we offer vintage Vespa tours through our Tuscan hills, cooking classes at the Alpaca Country House and guided tours of the neighboring cellars. At the Alpaca Country House, a typical Tuscan Osteria, you can taste the typical local dishes and game, as well as admire the only Alpaca farm in the wild in the province of Pisa.
In addition, for the more adventurous guests they can experience the thrill of flying either with small planes or with hang gliders available at the Aero Club aviation center of Pisa Federico Citi of

sehr schöne lage mit schlechter küchenausstattung

eine schöne ferienwohnung mit großer terasse, grandioser aussicht und ruhiger, ländlicher lage. für zwei personen vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man nicht großartig kochen möchte. dafür ist die küche zu spartanisch ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne Landschaft und Sonnenauf- und Untergang

Wir (meine Eltern und ich) waren zwei Wochen in einer schnuckligen Wohnung, die alles hatte, was der einfachen Urlauber braucht. Zuuuu viel Ansprüche sollte man nicht haben. Aber es reichte vollkommen, um sich zu verpflegen. Die Aussicht war phänomenal!!! Blick auf Livorno und Pisa. Von dort aus ca. 10-15 min in die nächste Stadt/großen Einkaufsladen. Mit dem Zug kommt man problemlos von Pontedera nach Pisa, Florenz etc. Sehr empfehlenswert und mein Favo war Volterra. Kleinere Mängel gabs auf der Terrasse. Hund, Katzen, Alpakas, Ziegen...alles vorhanden ;D

Deludente, NON PORTATE QUI I VOSTRI ANIMALI

Purtroppo ci dispiace moltissimo ma siamo rimasti molto delusi...il nostro soggiorno doveva essere di quattro giorni e tre notti ma siamo andati via dopo la prima notte! L'alloggio era distante chilometri dalla struttura principale e si trovava in mezzo ad un agglomerato urbano nella periferia del paese, quindi ben distante dalla nostra idea di vacanza rilassante ed immersa nel verde! La stanza era caldissima, una serra, priva di aria condizionata e lo spazio esterno incolto e trascurato a tal punto che i nostri cani nonostante l'antiparassitario sono stati infestati dai piombini (zecche allo stadio larvale) molto pericolosi se non estirpati in tempo!, inoltre ci era stato detto che il giardino era recintato è che potevamo tranquillamente lasciare lì i nostri cani, fortunatamente abbiamo l'abitudine di portarli sempre con noi, perché al nostro rientro dopo una prima escursione a Volterra ci siamo accorti che il cancello era spalancato è che il giardino era in comune con altri ospiti con bambini, se li avessimo lasciati quindi sarebbero potuti scappare e perdersi e/o creare disagio agli altri ospiti che magari non erano abituati ad avere animali intorno!. Ci aspettavamo tutt'altro tipo di accoglienza visto che la proprietaria via mail era stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, ma al nostro arrivo siamo stati spostati subito nell'alloggio in paese senza poter neanche visitare l'agriturismo..non abbiamo potuto vedere neanche un'alpaca!...ad onor del vero il giorno dopo la proprietaria si è offerta di spostarci in un alloggio con aria condizionata a seguito delle nostre lamentele e della nostra intenzione di andarcene..ma l'esperienza della notte trascorsa in bianco per il caldo le zanzare il disagio dei nostri cani ansimanti e irrequieti e soprattutto la delusione proprio nel giorno del nostro anniversario di matrimonio ci ha fatto decidere di tornare comunque a casa! Purtroppo la nostra è stata una brutta esperienza e mi vedo costretta a sconsigliare vivamente il posto soprattutto a chi come noi viaggia con i propri animali!
