The house is also ideal for a group of friends (16 +7 persons); the kitchen of the apartment Serenella (on the ground floor) can be used, direct exit onto the garden where guests may dine at a table for 20 persons! In this case, the garden and swimming pool would be at the exclusive use of the guests!
Casale Le Fiabe is subdivided in 6 apartments, 3 on the ground floor and 3 apartments on the 1st floor. The private garden is about 3’000 sqm and disposes of a wonderful swimming pool, set in earth and fenced (12 x 7m, depth: 1.35m, open from 09:00 until 20.30) with internal stairs to access. Discover the art cities such as Lucca, Pisa (35 km) or Florence (75 km). The surroundings invite to have a stroll or to organize a bike tour.
Guests may reach quickly and easily, in only 600 m distance to the house, a restaurant and coffee-shop, in 2 km a supermarket, grocery and other restaurants, tennis, small golf court (6 wholes – pitch and put), which extends on 4 hectares with a small lake, clubhouse, driving ranch and renting of golf clubs.
