Relaxing Tuscan break

A beautiful traditional old house in acres of land. Good sized rooms (but if using the rooms on the mezzanine be aware that access is via the other bedrooms). Some things a little tired compensated by some beautiful old pieces. It is remote - there was a decent supermarket approx 15 mins walk but not much else - again, fine for us as we just wanted to relax but don't expect to be able to walk to nightlife! A great break and we loved it

Great time in Tuscany!

We had a fabulous time in this lovely villa. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas for eating and gathering. We did not understand from the booking that the entry to the 2 loft areas are through 2 other bedrooms. This would be fine with kids but was a little awkward as adults. Regardless, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 12 of us. Nicholas, Flavia and Virginia were so kind to us and especially helpful in arranging transportation for our outings.

Wedding extended family

Pros: spacious rooms, plenty of seating, functional kitchen, fun yard for games/downtime. We saw Fireflies! Cons: Basics missing (toilet paper, soap ran out day 3; no salt/pepper/sugar/teabags that are typically included; insufficient towels - especially given pool. Can hear highway and incessant barking dogs at night.

Très belle villa en Toscan

Une très jolie propriété, bien entretenue à l intérieur et à l extérieur, avec la joie de pouvoir profiter de la piscine et des environs ( mer, Pise, Lucca, Florence). La campagne est très belle. Petits bémols : la maison est située à proximité d une route très passante et on entend les voitures depuis le jardin. Certains éléments étaient manquants dans la maison surtout dans la cuisine ( vaisselle insuffisante et dépareillée pour 11 personnes, etc), lits et couvertures anciens... Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer tout de même un très bon séjour en famille.

Wonderful stay in big house

We enjoyed the big kitchen, the pizza oven and the spacious garden. Of course the pool was a big plus: even if the weather was not too warm, we still could dive into the pool sometimes and enjoy sunbathing next to it.

Liegenschaft Grosszügig aber.....!

Die Liegenschaft ist sehr schön gelegen. Grosser Umschwung mit grossem Rasenplatz und ums Haus mit Kieselsteinen belegt. Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Das Geschirr in der Küche musste zuerst abgewaschen werden. Die Duschen und Badezimmer hatten an den Rändern Schimmel und die Duschen waren verkalkt. Leider haben diese Mängel eine bessere Wertung beeinflusst.

This year is our second time at villa Rossa with our children and their families. We all have been long looking forward to be away from home in this wonderful location. We picked up were we left the last time we were here, meaning that city touring was priority on our to-do-list. The tavernas at the beach, were the most favorite location of all of us. The seawater with its healing effect did some good to our tired bodies. Worth mentioning that the villa was up to date so we had no worries at all. Well done AgniTravel

Family is everything to us and after a meticulous search for a villa we came across quaint villa Rossa with 4 sleeps and enough space for the kids. The mixture of the traditional with the modern comforts was just perfect for family gatherings, dinnertime talk, swimming, and even preparing our own meals. The activities we were able to undertake were also family orientated by nature, because we were able to let the kids experience the Tower of Pisa and eat Pizza (their favorite food by the way) and playfully stroll through the buildings by the Piazza. The adults got their fair chance of wine tasting and sightseeing to name a few, not to mention the excellent service by the local staff.

Coming to Tuscany is a dream come true. We were with four families who all had enough space . this two story villa is well maintained, neatly cleaned, in the garden enough room for the children to play. The wonderful Pisa Tower and the wide surroundings came to "live" . We will surely return to Tuscany.
