A few steps down takes you to the smaller sun-deck area where you can enjoy your privacy, and from there, there is an outdoor staircase that takes you to the pebble beach (30m from the villa), and there is a canoe for your use.
Ground floor: A living area (60sqm) with glass doors toward the pool and amazing sea views, and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 people, a living room with a sofa, A/C, flat screen TV, PlayStation5.
A Bedroom NO1 (11sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV. A Family bathroom (4.5sqm) with a shower and a washing machine. Exercise room (10sqm) with a Treadmill, Orbitrek, some weights, and table soccer.
First floor:
Bedroom NO2 (17sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (4.5sqm) and exit to a sea-view balcony.
Bedroom NO3 (17sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (4.5sqm) and exit to a sea-view balcony.

The pets are allowed upon request only (100€ per week per dog).
