The villa has marble floors and air-conditioning throughout making the interior incredibly comfortable even in the height of season.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a massive open-plan fully-equipped kitchen / dining / lounge area, with more or less full-length glazing to maximise the breathtaking views.
The lounge area offers ample comfortable seating, comprising two modern, comfortable 3 seater sofas, plus an armchair, & coffee table, Large flat screen TV with surround sound system, with satellite TV, and DVD player. There is also a wi-fi internet connection throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped, featuring a stunning black granite countertop. It includes an oven, gas hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, food processor and a cafetiere
Additional to these areas there is also a double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a cloakroom for communal use, and a utility room with a washing machine.
First Floor
The first floor accommodation comprises two double and one twin bedroom, all with balconies, good sea views and en-suite bathrooms.
Second Floor
On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms, again with balconies, plus an outdoor shaded sitting area with kitchen and fridge. Just the place to enjoy a few sundowners and the sunsets before dinner.

Outdoors
The elevated position of the villa also ensures that there is nearly always a welcoming refreshing sea breeze on the large pool terrace. The beautiful infinity pool is 9.x 4 metres and 1.7 metres deep, with roman steppes access (no handrail). It is surrounded by an expansive marble paved terrace with 8 sun loungers, 2 large luxurious sunbathing platforms,umbrellas, a shady seating area and a pergola with dining area below- basically everything you need for alfresco living! There is also table tennis facilities for more active guests.
The top floor houses a beautifully furnished roof terrace shaded by a pergola, perfect for sunny days. The roof terrace also includes a small kitchen area with a fridge, allowing you to savour the breathtaking views while relaxing with a few sunset drinks.
There are parking spaces adjacent to the villa from which a steep flight of steps leads up to the entrance. Consequently this is not a property which is suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The property is some 5 minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan.
