Our 1 bedroom second-floor apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The pine-panelled living room evokes that Gemutlich Alpine charm. Doors open to your private balcony with views of the Mountains- the ideal spot to relax with a beer or glass of wine. Tucked into a corner is a fully equipped kitchenette – just bring your own food, we’ve furnished all the must-have amenities. Don’t feel like spending your holidays cooking? Luckily, restaurants, vibrant bars, cafes and nightlife are all within walking distance of your doorstep. You’ll also find a bakery, shops, banks and grocery stores in the village. Apartment Bebette is the perfect place to base yourself to explore all the sights and adventures offered in the Kaprun/Zell am See region. In the summer, the long days can be spent hiking to an Alpine mountain Alm for lunch, bike riding through the country-side, sailing on the pristine Lake Zell. The Sigmund Thun-Gorge, Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs, Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road are only a short journey from Apartment Bebette In the winter, Apartment Bebette will be your base where you can access some of the best slopes in Austria. For beginners, the Lechnerberg slope is only 350m from your front door. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Transport is easy- you can park your car for free at the Apartment. Otherwise, a Bus stop and free Ski Bus is located steps from the apartment.

The village of Zell am See sits on the beautiful glacier lake Zell (Zeller See) nestled under the Schmittenhöhe Mountain. The traffic-free Altstadt is a lovely spot to spend the day browsing through the shops or eating at one of the lovely restaurants and cafes.
Kaprun sits in the valley of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, surrounded by mountains and lush valleys, and is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The park was established in 1981 and covers a landscape of high mountains, deep valleys and lakes more than 1800 km.
In Summer, Zell am See-Kaprun offer amazing summer activities- leisurely walks, hiking, biking, golfing and water sports- all with a backdrop of a breathtaking panorama.
