Spacious completely fenced garden with a beautiful also fenced set in earth swimming pool (12 x 7m, depth: 1.35m) equipped with a table, chairs, garden furniture, sun-umbrellas, deckchairs, external shower.
The house is subdivided into 6 apartments which are all completely independent – each apartment has its own outdoor area, a perfect choice for families with children!
The house is also ideal for a group of friends (16 +7 persons); the kitchen of the apartment Serenella (on the ground floor) can be used, direct exit onto the garden. In this case, the garden and swimming pool would be at the exclusive use of the guests!
Casale Le Fiabe is subdivided in 6 apartments, 3 on the ground floor and 3 apartments on the 1st floor. The private garden is about 3’000 sqm and disposes of a wonderful swimming pool, set in earth and fenced (12 x 7m, depth: 1.35m, open from 09:00 until 20.30) with internal stairs to access. There is also an external shower and relax area with upholstered chairs, tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and barbeque.
All apartments are well cared and furnished in Provençale style, in delicate pastel colours. All apartments have a private outdoor area, WiFi access, SAT-TV, dishwasher, washing machine, children’s beds and highchairs.
Apartment on the 1st floor, internal common staircase: living-cum-dining, 1 double bed settee, SAT-TV, kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, with shower, wc, bidet, internal spiral staircase to the 2nd floor: 1 spacious room (attic) with 2 single bed and 1 double bed settee, ventilator.

The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
