Lovely house and beautiful Sardinia

We have spent 6 nights in this house. House is located close to the beach , but you need a car to travel around the area as this is very quite town. House is located in the hill. Beautiful lovely cottage, owner arrange everything what you need at home. Table cloth , towels, washing machine, kitchen towel etc- great to have all this amenities at home. We have travelled with little son (2 years old) and only minutes is garden - on the picture looks much more bigger , in the reality is quite small and definitely not suitable for babies. Sardine is a beautiful place to be , amazing views and beautiful ,clean see. Definitely recommend this place.

thanks for the nice words about mye house. i want to explain that the beaches near the house, about meters, are two, a small one not suitable for children and a larger one with sand, beatiful colors and shallow water that is suitable for children. we hope to have you again as our guests.

ordentliche Unterkunft, außerhalb der Saison gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis, ansonsten hochpreisig

Baubedingt besitzt die "Villa" eher den Charakter einer Ferienwohnung, sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn eng aufeinander! Meerblick nur aus dem letzten Schlafzimmerwinkel; die beworbenen 100 m bis zum Strand entpuppten sich eher als strammer 10-15 Minuten Marsch ( ca 800 m) durch schwieriges Gelände. WLAN nicht existent, zumindest für Benutzer ohne ital. Telefonnummer, daher ungewollt sehr geruhsamer Urlaub, da zusätzlich Mobilnetze und TV schlicht katastrophal sind. Dafür besticht das Land mit unwahrscheinlich schönen Impressionen.

grazie per il piacere che avete avuto nel visitare le nostre zone che avete definito incredibilmente belle. la spiaggia piu' vicina si raggiunge in auto in 5 minuti e a piedi il tempo dipende dalla strada che si sceglie attraverso il bosco. Mi dispiace per lo WIFI che abbiamo controllato funziona, gratis, bene. La TV non funzionava bene perche' doveva essere sintonizzata su digitale e non su analogico. Il posto e' molto tranquillo e silenzioso lontano dal traffico delle strade urbane: alcuni ospiti vicini forse hanno prodotto un po' piu' di rumore ma siamo ad agosto. Siamo contenti comunque che le vacanze siano state piacevoli, Vi auguriamo un ritorno in Sardegna. cordiali saluti

huiselijk verblijf

Gezellig ingericht huisje, dichtbij strandje, lopend naar beneden, wel last van vloed bij zee. Smal strookje. Wat verder met de auto , dan heb je meer stranden. Huisje alles erop en eraan, wij hebben ( misschien door s nachts sproeien in de tuin) last van muggen. Lekker wasmachine aanwezig. Half uur van luchthaven en 15 minuten van Cagliari.

Dolce vacanza

Le foto dicono il vero! Una "bomboniera"vicino alle incantevoli coste cagliaritane, dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana di dolce vacanza di fine estate. Indimenticabile la veranda, dove dalla colazione alla cena abbiamo"respirato" l'aria buona per l'inverno che verrà;) Casa dotata di tutti i comfort e gestita splendidamente dalla famiglia Mannino al completo che ancora ringraziamo. Consigliatissima

Un endroit bruyant, où l'on est entassé les uns sur les autres, on profite des conversations, des odeurs de barbecue et des bruits des voisins... sans parler du jardinier officiel de la résidence qui passe le taille haie à 8h30 sous vos fenêtres. La gestion du ramassage des ordures laisse à désirer : le local déborde! Une grosse déception même si l'appartement est confortable pour 4 personnes et globalement assez bien situé

Ringrazio per la recensione anche se non positiva, perché le critiche aiutano a migliorarci. Mi é parso di capire però, che la vostra delusione non sia dipesa dalla casa ma bensì dal contesto. A tal proposito, vorrei precisare che la villa sorge in un luogo di grande attrazione turistica e, il periodo da voi scelto, è il più gettonato, per cui é normale che si senta il vociferare delle persone e gli odori dei barbecue delle case vicine. Riguardo al secondo punto da voi lamentato, i lavori in giardino, utili per l'immagine del posto, si svolgono al mattino, certo non tutti i giorni, a causa del gran caldo. Infine, per quanto riguarda la gestione dei rifiuti, il comune di Quartu Sant'Elena, è all'avanguardia da anni per la raccolta differenziata porta a porta. Tuttavia, a questo sistema, non tutti i turisti sono abituati, per cui se i rifiuti non vengono smistati correttamente, oppure se si sbaglia il giorno di raccolta, gli operatori non li ritirano, da qui, l'accumulo nei cassonetti.

Superbes vacances de 15 jours dans cette super villa

Tout était parfait, dont la terrasse, le barbecue et la vue mer. Villa bien équipée. Propriétaires charmants mais qui ne parlent ni anglais ni français, mais pas gênant. Seuls bémosl pour nous : la batterie de cuisine obsolète, donc causant qq brûlures + parking non privatif (mais on trouve toujours de la place +/- à proximité) + pas de lampe qui fonctionne près du barbecue. On recommande cette villa.

Stupendo!!

Ho trascorso una settimana con mio marito e due bambini in questa bellissima casa dove ci siamo trovati benissimo!!! La casa e' molto accogliente, ha tutto quello di cui si puo' aver bisogno, rispecchia pienamente le fotografie pubblicate sul sito. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilita' unica!!! La posizione e' ideale per spostarsi in macchina a visitare le innumerevoli spiagge della zona, ma c'e' anche la spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi. Ma vale la pena andare in perlustazione perche' ci sono posti spettacolari da vedere!! Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura anche per chi ha bambini!!!!

Beautiful mediterran Villa - we love it

We had fantastic days in this beautiful villa. Everything was very clean and the contact was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it very much and we definitely will come back. The neighbourhod is very calm and lovely. We went approx. 10 min to the small beach. Restaurants and super markets are very close. We had a rental car what made it easier. Thumbs up for this villa :-)

UNA BELLISSIMA VACANZA

vi ho trascorso con la mia famiglia 18 giorni bellissimi, la casa è molto bella, pulita e con tutto ciò che serve, inoltre per la priva volta ho trovato la biancheria. la località è molto tranquilla ed è comodissima per raggiungere tutte le bellissime spiagge che si trovano nei dintorni. Ringrazio tantissimo il proprietario e sua figlia per la cortesia e disponibilità.

Villetta Relax!!

La villetta è Stupenda!! Dotata di ogni confort è composta da due ampie camere una zona living e una cucina attrezzata. Il giardino è molto curato con dei bellissimi ulivi, il terrazzino che affaccia su di essi ospita un tavolo per delle magnifiche cene. La zona è tranquilla e la villetta è una capofila. Il parcheggio si trova con facilità sulla via. La location è ottima per girare il sud della Sardegna. Il proprietario poi è davvero una persona disponibile e presente per ogni necessità.

Sentirsi "a casa" anche in vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso (famiglia con 2 bambini di 6 e 7 anni) una settimana bellissima in questa villetta accogliente e pittoresca in mezzo a bouganville e rose con una vista aperta su mare e giardini fioriti e curati in un paesino tranquillo dal quale si possono raggiungere varie spiagge in macchina o anche a piedi. L'appartamento è pulito, ammobiliato con gusto, funzionale e fornito di tutto quello che serve per sentirsi bene e rilassarsi: dai materassi buoni, le zanzariere, aria condizionata e griglia in giardino agli utensili e altri piccoli dettagli in cucina. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Spiagge consigliate: Sa Ruxi e Santa Giusta (in caso di vento da ponente). Ristorante consigliato: Pani e Casu - a Quartu Sant'Elena o a Cagliari, direttamente sotto il castello, con vista sulla città. Alloggio da consigliare assolutamente!

belle et agréable maisonette de vacance

Dans un quartier résidentiel calme et entretenu, cette belle et agréable maisonette offre toutes les commodités pour découvrir la côte sud de la Sardaigne. Le logement est propre, entretenu et bien équipé et l'accueil des propriétaire est cordial. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et du temps passé sur la terrasse entourée de citronnier, figuiers, oliviers, grenadiers , magnifiques hibiscus et rosiers odorants.
