Nueva villa de 2 dormitorios dobles con jardín privado, piscina panorámica, 6. 5x4. 5 my una gran terraza para cenar al aire libre. La villa está orientada al sur con vistas al mar en un desarrollo tranquilo. La propiedad es moderna, de piedra local construida con excelentes especificaciones en todas partes. Tiene aire acondicionado, incluidos los dos dormitorios. La propiedad puede dormir otras 2 personas, podemos proporcionar camas para 3 personas en el segundo dormitorio y 1 persona en un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar y. Una cuna también está disponible. Está totalmente equipado con un alto nivel con todas las comodidades modernas, incluida una lavadora.

Great place to relax

Really enjoyed our stay! This is a great spot to relax and use as a base to get to know the South part of Sardinia. We loved Solana beach! Thanks Claire and Francesco for being very efficient hosts. Will return again in future.

Beautiful and quiet villa

Third time for us in Borgio di Conti. We love the peaceful location still with good access to beautiful beaches on the south east cost. The villa was beautiful and the pool great.

Restful Stay

Lovely peaceful villa with pool, had a very restful week, everything was there in the villa , nothing else was needed bar the Sardinian sunshine which we had in spades. Fantastic week.

Too short a stay

Lovely house to stay in for our short visit with great outdoor space and lovely pool. Francesco very helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Our second of hopefully many visits

As with our last time, we had a great time. We know the area better and we were able to fully relax. Trying to look at dates for our next visit. Claire is a great host and can’t speak highly enough of the Property Manager Francesco.

Quite and nice location for relaxing

It was a wonderfull week , a quite and nice location for the house and its garden, and of course with this nice view on the sea. Everything is in coherence with the pictures, the villa is in very good state and functional. Great thank you to Claire for her great follow-up and to Francesco for his warm welcome and for his help when it was necessary

Una villa da sogno

Siamo arrivati alla villa ed è stato impossibile NON riconoscerla! E' esattamente come nelle foto. Il nome "villa bomboniera" casca proprio a pennello! Tutto pulito, comodo, a disposizione. Un gioiellino. Lo spazio piscina fantastico, di notte poi illuminato... una meraviglia. Abbiamo fatto diverse grigliate grazie al barbecue e cantato e giocato sotto al porticato. Che dire? Tutto perfetto. Ringraziamo infinitamente Francesco, il gestore della casa. Sempre disponibile e cortese fin da prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha dato indicazione e suggerimenti per muoverci in zona e ha sempre risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Adesso che siamo rientrati a casa...un pezzetto di noi è rimasto là. :-)

Relaxing holiday

Villa has all you need, lovely outside area and pool, nice quiet gated neighbourhood, close to beach, and lots of great beaches within a short drive. Good communication with host and property manager.

Wow, amazing!

The property was exactly as described, and in a lovely location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist attractions, whilst being close enough to more secluded areas to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with both the host and the property manager was excellent and they were both exceptionally helpful. Access to the beach was a 5-10 minute walk down the hill and the property was very secure in a gated community. We may have been lucky with the timing as many of the properties around were actually empty, but it was lovely and quiet. Having the private pool was excellent with the loungers and the host provided beach towels as well. We were unfortunate that one evening the gas bottle ran out of gas, but a quick phone call to the property manager and half an hour later a person arrived to swap over the gas bottles. Very efficient. We may have been lucky with the timing on this as we tend to eat earlier in the evening, but I am sure the gas bottle doesn't need changing very often. Would definitely go back to this property in the near future.

Beschreibung nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand aber trotzdem gut

Das Haus liegt in einer umzäunten abgeschlossenen Häuser-/Villensiedlung. Zutritt nur mit Schlüssel möglich. Fahrzeuge müssen außerhalb auf der Straße bzw. kleinem Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Kleiner Fels-/Sandstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Fahrzeug erreichbar. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen dem Objekt, jedoch ist die Innenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und ein Austausch wäre angebracht. Also keine neue Villa mehr wie in der Beschreibung. Haus und Grundstück gepflegt und sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Besteck, Teller und Schalen/Schüsseln/Töpfe/Pfannen etc.. Restbestände (Oel, Gewürze, Spüli etc.) von Vormietern vorhanden. Der private Pool und das vollständig abgeschlossen Grundstück in ruhiger Umgebung sind top geeignet für einen entspannten Urlaub. Beachten sollte man, dass im Mietpreis eine bestimmte Menge an Strom (kwh) beinhaltet ist. Sollten diese aufgebraucht sein, wird jede kwh separat abgerechnet. Da jeder Stromverbraucher im Haus (Poolfilteranlage, Außenbeleuchtung, Warmwasserboiler, Backofen, Klimaanlage etc.) von diesen Freieinheiten zerrt, kann es zu einer zusätzlichen Abrechnung kommen. Wir sind mit den Freieinheiten ausgekommen, haben jedoch kaum die Klimaanlage genutzt. Mückengitter an Fenstern und Türen wären hilfreich.

Oktober in der Villa Bonboniera

Wir verlebten wunderbare zwei Wochen in der Villa Bonboniera. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Den Pool haben wir bei wunderbarem Wetter in der zweiten Oktoberhälfte noch genießen können. Auch dieser Bereich war sehr sauber. Die Anlage insgesamt war äußerst ruhig in der Nachsaison. Etwas gefehlt haben uns Sitzauflagen im Eßbereich der Terrasse und Weingläser. Wir haben zwei Rotweingläser hinzugefügt. Die angegebene Barrierefreiheit in der Übersicht des Angebots ist nicht zutreffend, da es etliche Stufen gibt. Wir verlebten einen super Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Jolie maison au calme avec piscine

Francesco nous a informé à l’heure du rendez-vous pour le Check Inn qu’il aurait 15 minutes de retard et il est arrivé avec 30 minutes de retard. La piscine devait être nettoyée 1 fois au cours de notre semaine de vacances...il est venu la veille de notre départ à 16h pour la nettoyer. Il a eu la délicatesse au moins de nous proposer de nous laisser profiter de la piscine et revenir le lendemain lors de notre Check out. Autrement, la maison est sympa et bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’orientation de la maison est en plein soleil dès mid, un parasol pour se faire un peu d’ombre serait une bonne chose. Cette maison est d’un bon rapport qualité prix et nous la recommandons

Nette Villa in Ferienhausanlage

Die Villa besticht durch eine sehr großzügige Terrasse mit, wenn auch etwas eingeschränktem, Meerblick. Der Poolbereich sowie der terrassenförmig angelegte Garten sind sehr gepflegt, während unseres Aufenthaltes im Juni konnten wir hauseigene Zitronen ernten. Einzig der Sonnenschirm könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, er rostet und ist in einem recht erbärmlichen Zustand. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist einfach und praktisch, uns persönlich fehlten Schränke mit Liegeflächen in den Schlafzimmern und Trinkgläser mit größerem Fassungsvermögen als 125ml. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, auch Francesco, der Verwalter, war sehr bemüht!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und der eigene Pool ist super. Wir konnten beim Essen auf der Terasse den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer geniessen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts und der private Pool machte den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir wurden von Francesco begrüsst, der sehr freundlich und kompetent ist und den wir bei Fragen jederzeit konaktieren konnten. Einzig die Umgebung von Capitana fanden wir nicht so schön, aber mit dem Auto sind wunderschöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

A beautiful, well maintained property with private pool overlooking the bay.

The property is in a quiet gated cul-de-sac mid way between Cagliari & Vilasimius in the south of Sardinia. It is a beautiful property that is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for a relaxing week by the pool & in the evenings a fantastic view of the sun setting over Cagliari area. The neighbours seem to be mostly Italian who have villas as holiday homes. The pool is lovely and clean and at around 5foot (1.5m) deep it's not too deep. The shallow end has steps in for those that need them & a ledge around the pool. The terrace & garden are well maintained. All through the property, there is air conditioning, although with the ability to open all doors and windows, we actually used the air con less than I thought. It is lovely and light & airy and the bedrooms are the same. The main bedroom has two large opening windows & all doors and windows are shutters to stop the early morning light streaming in. The only thing that I'd change is the sofa, which doubles as an extra bed if needed, but apart from that, it is well worth a visit. Overall a very nice stay. The local area is quiet with a short walk to the beach. Cagliari is much busier and has great shopping & nice places to eat. Vilasimius is also lovely to visit. There are many different beaches and coves to visit and some, but not many, visitor attractions. You will need a car to get around though. Oh yes, & don't forget to visit Clippers restaurant for amazing italian ice cream.

Great villa for a relaxing stay in Sardinia

We had a great week at this lovely villa. It was spacious (outside area much bigger then I thought from pictures) and had everything we needed. Well equipped with 'English ' touches like a kettle , great BBQ and very comfy beds. The pool was nice and warm , and kept the sun right into the evening so even if out for the day could come back and have a swim or chill by the poolside . Went to lovely beaches between 20-40 minutes away when I could entice my boys away from the pool! When we didn't' BBQ and relax on the villas's veranda we ate at Monroe by the marina, lovely setting and pizza ok but best pizzas and friendly welcome at La Fontanellla a short drive away. It was our first visit to Sardinia and I would recommend both the island and this villa for a fabulous holiday
