Modern, luxury 5* rated guest suite near the sea and close to A3/M27

Located in a quiet area of Emsworth near the sea, Emsworth Guest Suite is a tranquil coastal escape for business or pleasure stays. It has a sumptuous king-size bed, comfortable sofa bed and luxury shower room with modern fixtures and spacious shower.

Professionally designed, it is furnished to provide luxurious accommodation for singles, couples or a small family/group. The comfy sofa bed is a small double which accommodates 2 children or 1 adult. Travel cot available. Please request when booking if required.

The room has a stylish breakfast bar with 2 high stools, doubling up as a practical work space. Crockery and cutlery are provided in the kitchenette area along with a microwave and a small under counter fridge.

A light breakfast pack for your first morning is left in the room and we are happy to discuss any additional catering you might need. Lottie is a professional chef and has provided supper and full breakfasts in previous BnB's she has run.

The accommodation is accessed via your own door with convenient parking right outside.
