The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please note that while free WiFi is available, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Palma is a charming district in the heart of Lisbon, known for its vibrant atmosphere and historical charm. Cobblestone streets wind through the neighbourhood, lined with colourful buildings adorned with traditional Portuguese tiles. Palma Lisbon is a cultural hub offering a mix of trendy boutiques, art galleries, and authentic eateries. Visitors can explore historic landmarks like the Lisbon Cathedral and São Jorge Castle or wander through the picturesque streets, discovering hidden gems around every corner. The district's lively energy and cultural richness make it a must-visit destination for tourists seeking an authentic Lisbon experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Intendente, is just a 7-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
