This spacious and beautiful detached holiday let is situated in the semi rural village of Catterall which is a 5 minutes drive to Garstang and close to Blackpool, Lancaster, Liverpool or the beautiful national park of the Lake District is just a short drive away. .
Child and dog friendly, the property has all the amenities required to have a comfortable stay in a beautiful surrounding.
Be prepared to be blown away by this beautiful home, all fixtures and fittings are less than a year old and the home was designed to the highest standard. This spacious and modern property is set in a beautiful part of the country and is the perfect staycation set in the outskirts of Preston and close to the national park Beacon Fell. A scenic view set in the countryside, it is close to the beautiful areas of Lancaster, the Lake District, Blackpool Yorkshire and Liverpool. A home away from home, it offers all the home comforts and many tourist attractions within a short drive away. Local canal walks, hikes in beautiful Beacon Fell, long country walks and cycling as well as fun activities such as paddle boarding, canoeing and visits to the local beaches. Close to public transport, there are regular buses that go to nearby to Blackpool, Preston and Lancaster. The property is close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops and is also a short walk to Garstang.
Some essentials needed and local information to get your holiday off to the right start!The 2.5 bathrooms include a family bathroom with a bath, a master bedroom ensuite with an extra shower and a downstairs bathroom.

A newly built home which is bright and modern throughout. As you walk through the door the house has a lovely fresh modern feel to it. There is a stunning bay window in the living area which offers a bright and cosy feel and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is bright and looks onto the beautiful garden with views of Beacon Fell in the background. We include tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper for your convenience.

Guests will have exclusive access to the while house apart from the garage.

My name is Beccy and I have lived in this beautiful property for nearly two years, originally from Liverpool I fell in love with the semi rural environment which offers so much. The views of Beacon Fell are beautiful and I love nothing more that sitting out in my garden on a warm summer garden and enjoying the relaxing and tranquil area. Not only are there amazing local cafes, shops, restaurants, local markets and there is something for everyone.
