Quinta Amarela XL by Portucasa
Quinta Amarela is a beautifully restored (2018) Portuguese villa with a modern flair yet traditional feel. During the restoration much attention was given to good insulation and heating possibilities. The bedrooms each have air conditioning.
This beautiful vacation home is stylishly furnished. In late 2019, new furniture was installed in the living room and master bedroom (Vitra, Jori, Carl Hansen, Ligne Roset, Poliform, Lumina, Tempur, Flos.
Overwhelming is the panoramic view; especially from the garden and roof terrace, from where even the sea can be seen. All around are several terraces and sitting areas where, depending on the sun and wind, a lovely place to stay can always be found. The beautiful swimming pool has a separate pool where children can splash around. For BBQ lovers there is a brick barbecue.
The villa can accommodate 9 people. Right next to the house (50m away) is another small charming house (see Casa Amarela on the website). This can be rented additionally for a possible 1 or 2 persons more. Prices see price list. In July and August this house is not rented separately, so you have complete privacy.
Surroundings Loulé
Loulé, a lively provincial town, is 3 km away. Here you will find all your shopping, restaurants, postal services etc. The daily market in the old market hall is an attraction in itself! Also interesting is a walk through the streets of the old town with its various attractions.
The beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura are the closest and can be reached in fifteen minutes drive. The central location of Quinta Amarela in the Algarve makes this vacation home an excellent starting point for trips to the west and/or east!

Spacious living room. Dining room off the kitchen. TV room with 200 TV channels and Apple TV.
Large, very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom (shower, sink, wc).
1st floor -
Large Master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite (bath, shower, wc and washbasin).
Two bedrooms each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Separate cottage for 7th, 8th and 9th person: living room with open kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, wc, washbasin.

Esta villa se encuentra en Loulé, en un entorno rural y cerca de parques temáticos. Marina de Vilamoura y Balaia Golf Village son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Playa de Falesia y Praia da Oura (Playa de Oura) son lo que necesitas. Karting de Almancil y Aqua Show Park también merecen la pena.
