Perfect for one or two families, The Gables is a spacious, brand newly renovated house, within short walking distance of beautiful West Wittering Beach. It is the ideal base for fun days at the fabulous local beaches and exploring the surrounding area.
The space
The Gables is a stunning Scandinavian-style home, within short a distance (15 min walk, 5 min cycle) of the award-winning West Wittering Beach. Extended in 2023 to an extremely high standard, including modern features throughout, this spacious home is as comfortable as it is stylish.

*Inside*
The Gables has two en-suite bedrooms (one king, one superking), a further bedroom with super king bed and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds (plus an extra trundle). The ground floor features Crittal doors, and pale wooden flooring opening into a huge open living space. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, large dining area, breakfast bar, picture window/seating area plus a cosy TV lounge area. There is also a games room with table tennis and a wide selection of board games (this room also has a sofa bed). Plus a further sitting room with television. The side extension has a utility room, extra hanging space and a wetroom, with its own entrance - ideal for hanging extra coats and wetsuits from a day at the beach.

*Outside*
The substantial rear garden overlooks a large field with horses. It has plenty to keep children of all ages happily occupied, with a trampoline, football goal and a rope swing. There is a large decked patio, with BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The front of the house also offers a lawn area to sit and relax.

*Parking*
At the front of the house there is a private gravel driveway for 4-5 vehicles.
Guest access
Guests will have the whole place to themselves.

There is an extra double mattress and travel cot with cot mattress available.
