The villa has three comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, two of them with 150 cm beds and the third with two 90 cm trundle beds. Each room has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets for extra comfort.

Below this floor, you will find a separate studio with a 150cm bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and a fridge, providing additional space to the villa.

The private, uncovered parking area can accommodate 2 - 3 cars, and the property is completely fenced and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa is only a 10 minute drive to the sandy beach and a 5 minute drive to the town centre of Denia, where you will find all the amenities you need to make the most of your stay in this beautiful coastal town.
