Lambley View, a single-storey home, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a king-size bedroom with en-suite, a further king-size, a twin with TV, and a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, Smart TV, and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and pub in 0.5 miles. Enjoy rural Cornwall from Lambley View. Note: There is one, small step to the exterior; please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
