Welcome to Life of Filey - a lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.

This cottage is new to the rental market for 2024 and is the pride and joy of Kerry, Duncan and Family who have just bought the property which has never been rented out!

Located on a Boules Court and with parking to the rear, you enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC (with feature panelling).

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with two lovely sofas, SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, air fryer and slow cooker etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required). The owners have also provided a baby bath and baby monitor for guests to use.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Filey is so relaxing and the accommodation was superb

We would highly recommend this accommodation. Spacious, relaxing and well laid out. Property is well positioned on the site with an easy walk to all on site amenities and the beach.

Cosy and very clean cottage

Lovely well looked after holiday cottage, booked 2 nights but could have stayed longer. Well equipped with everything we needed and so clean. Last stayed on The Bay 10yrs ago and it was just as nice this trip. Communication was excellent too. Would definitely book again with Anchor Bay Holidays.

Had a fabulous stay at the Life of Filey. Great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Grandchildren were able to play safely on the well maintained open grass area to the rear of the property. Great place for kids and adults alike. Great value for money. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Lovely break again at Filey Bay. Lovely accomodation, everything you need for a break away. Information pack for arrival does require updating as location of key safe was not where it stated as the cottage no longer has a red door

We had a great stay at Life of Filey. Anthony was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and provided lots of information prior to our arrival. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable beds. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. It was always a pleasure to arrive home to our warm and cosy cottage. It’s in a great location with parking very close by. We will definitely return.

An excellent time at Life of Filey

We have stayed in many varied properties around the country and this is definitely one of the best. Very well equipped, clean, bright and comfortable in a fab location that provides easy access to the various coastal attractions. It was actually larger than we thought it would be. The site is well kept and we made use of both the shop and the pub as well as walking round the lakes and to the beach. There was often a robin on the patio which we enjoyed watching.

Fabulous

Stay at life of Filey was great, well stocked kitchen, spotless, and enough room for 4 and the dog. We had to contact the owner for the WiFi code ( our error for not seeing it properly) and got an immediate response to help. We have stayed at the bay a few times and this time didn’t disappoint. Would book this house again.
