Safe 2BR apartment in Playa Del Carmen

We enjoyed our stay in Playa Del Carmen at Iliana's place with the view of the pool. Her caretaker, Silvia was very attentive and helpful from check-in till check-out. She was very easy to reach through Whatsapp calls and messages. The place is in a newly-built gated apartment complex with a security guard 24/7. It is literally new hence there is no public transportation outside the gate but a short walk will get you to an Oxxo convenience store where you can easily take Colectivos and taxis going to downtown/beach. If you will rent a car, there is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the unit. The only downside is that there is an ongoing transaction across the street hence it was a little dusty. I will surely consider Iliana's place again if we are to go back to Playa Del Carmen. Thank you Iliana and Silvia!
