Villa Vittorio is located in the hills that separate Dolcedo and Imperia, and is framed by a panoramic terrace that connects it to the lush garden with swimming pool. Designed to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, the property includes two outdoor dining areas, one of which has an outdoor kitchen with wood oven and barbecue, as well as botanical trails framed by olive trees and amphorae. The villa can accommodate up to eight people and has a living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The modern and functional interiors open onto a large terrace accessible from every room. The beaches, villages and markets of the Riviera dei Fiori are all just a few minutes' drive away. Note: the owner lives in the basement in a private way, with a separate entrance and no common area.

The property is located on the first floor. FIRST FLOOR — Entrance; service bathroom with washing machine; shower box; open space living area with fireplace, dining area, kitchenette and double sofa bed; two double bedrooms; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower; terrace accessible from all rooms. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
Park:
The property covers about 3000 square meters of terraced garden, distributed on two levels that are mostly flat and completely fenced. The context includes lawns, dry stone walls, fig and olive trees, bougainvillea, palm trees, amphorae, flower beds and aromatic plants. A paved driveway connects the entrance gate to the parking area located near the villa. The garden offers shaded relaxation areas, a gazebo next to the pool with table and chairs, and an outdoor built-in kitchen on the upper terrace, complete with barbecue, wood oven and dining area. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular pool measures 12 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters; covered in light blue PVC; access by a Roman staircase; internal lighting; chlorine purification. It is inserted in a grassy area and delimited by a stone pavement. Spotlights illuminate the pool and the surrounding area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
