L'appartement est compact, sombre à cause des gros arbres juste devant le balcon qui empêchent le soleil de penetrer dans L'appartement. La chambre est petite et sans rangement (commode ).La partie cuisine est minuscule, plaque avec 2 ronds chauffants, très peu d'armoires ,vaisselle et ustensiles, et sans ventilateur lors de cuisson. C'est un appartement intéressant pour des voyageurs à court séjour et qui vont manger au restaurant . Bien situé face au Lidl, accès autobus. Restaurants et bars ,et à quelques minutes de marche pour la plage. Très propre, style moderne, peu bruyant malgré sa situation sur la rue principale de Torremolinos, et les commerces en dessous.
