Sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms with showers.
The villa's charm is enhanced by its extensive terraces, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for relaxation or entertaining. A highlight is the private pool, along with a traditional wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining. - Check-out: By 10:00.
- Late check-in possible (subject to availability; additional fee of €20 - €40 for arrivals post 20:00).

- Smoking prohibited inside and outside the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool available from June 1st to September 15th.
