Villa Mare arábico es una espaciosa villa blanca con jardín y gran terraza en el paseo marítimo de Fontane Bianche, lugar de veraneo 15 km al sur de Siracusa, que es una de las ciudades más bellas e interesantes de Sicilia. La villa tiene una ubicación única a orillas. Una plataforma entre las rocas permitirá a los huéspedes disfrutar de un relajante baño de sol. This is probably one of the most beautiful houses south of Siracusa – located on the rocks facing the ocean and with a private little “harbor”, perfect for swimming. The interior, the décor of the house is beautiful put together with local design, the terrasse in front of the house brings everything together – it is your outdoor living room ???? This house is perfect for 6 people and as a base for exploring the region. If we ever come back to this part of Sicily, we would love staying here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views and a beautiful garden. We especially loved the private access to the sea—it made the experience truly special. The house is well-equipped with everything you could need, and there are multiple lovely spots to enjoy meals both inside and out. It’s easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Vincenza was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind.

The house is simply MARVELOUS: the terrace, the view to the sea, the garden, the flowers, the early birds singing, then the spacious rooms, the wonderful and authentic decorations all over the house, the great paintings... We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Did I mention the glorious sunrise over the sea? Our host Vincenza and her sister made sure we feel welcome - and on top of that, plenty of fresh and delicious compliments were awaiting us in the kitchen table. I'd only wish we stayed longer than 1 week.

Incredible villa with great access to the sea. Lots of wonderful spaces for meals, reading, and relaxing. Perfect location, about 20 minutes from Siracusa, and hour or so drives to Baroque cities of Modica, Ragusa, and Noto. We are planning on staying here again. Met all expectations!

Villa was perfect for 2 couples. Enrico was restored his grandparents’ property with love and excellence. He was a great host, explaining everything to us, providing welcome basket, giving a quick tour of local area, being available to answer questions. The villa was a great base for exploring Mt Etna, wine tasting, Taormina.

Superb Villa Near Siracusa

One of the best vacation rental experiences we have ever had. The Cuoco sisters were excellent hosts and the house is both beautiful and very well equipped. It was incredibly clean upon arrival and the view and proximity to the sea were exceptional. Fantastic swimming and snorkeling. The villa is amazingly relaxing with the sights of Siracusa and Ortigia Island a very short drive away. We will gladly return and hope to do so regularly. Very much recommended.

This place is great: directly on the sea, so you can walk from the property straight onto the rocks. The interior is comfortable and stylish – not just a white box used as a rental. The owners were super helpful, for example in booking covid tests for us. Fontane Bianche doesn't have much going on other than the sea, but there are good restaurants/interesting towns etc within a half hour drive

Great villa by the sea, very quiet and close to Seracusa. The villa lives up to the pictures on the web site. Its breathtaking ! The only drawback is the internet connection, if you really need an internet connection on your holiday you should not choose this villa. otherwise, its a great villa in a wonderful location.

Lovely villa on the sea!

We stayed here for a week, three adults. The villa was beautiful, right on the sea, with a lovely front terrasse, with comfortable sofa, dining table, chairs and loungers. The living room is very big and comfortable with three sitting areas. Each bedroom is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen fully equipped, and a nice laundry room. Really a spectacular property, well-decorated by the owner. We enjoyed visiting around to Noto and Siracusa. The owner is very responsive, helped us with a medical problem. We recommend this property unreservedly if you wish to stay in the Fontane Bianche area. We have rented VRBO numerous times in various countries and this rates as one of the best. Grazie mille, Vincenza!

This home could not have been more perfect. Such a beautiful location, right on the sea. We spent most of our time when we were home on the terrazza - mornings drinking our coffee, afternoons enjoying the sunshine, and evenings watching the moon rise. The house itself has so much beauty. It was well appointed with lots of beautiful decor - pottery and art work. The space was relaxing and warm with multiple spaces to enjoy. It was extremely clean and inviting. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had everything available and more! It was also wonderful to be able to walk right down to the water. We did not swim, but it was possible (rocky, not beach). Vincenza met us when we arrived and when we were ready to leave. She was warm, helpful, and welcoming. We did not want to leave!!!

Everything we hoped for

This is a lovely villa, in a fantastic position. Being able to sit on the private patio with an unspoilt view of the Mediterranean at the foot of the garden was a privilege we never thought we would have. The weather when we were there was very pleasant but at that time of year we did not feel inclined to swim, but this would certainly be possible on calm summer days (bring beach shoes). Away from the patio, the garden is lovely and there is plenty of shade, and I presume the slightly elevated position must catch any cooling breeze during the height of summer. The villa is used by the family themselves, which explains why it is so well equipped and why it is such an easy and comfortable house to live in. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome we received from the Vincenza and Lidia was very warm, and they also provided a generous welcome pack to get us started, including there own olive oil. The Villa is an excellent base for touring the Southeast of the island, with easy access to the autostrada network. This allowed us to travel for day trips without difficulty as far north as Taormina and as far west as Valle dei Templi. Of course, with such gems as Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, Ortigia, and Palazzolo Acreide closer by you may not feel the need to go so far. All of the above are well worth seeing. We had a lovely time here, and would like to thank the Cuoco's for their hospitality.

Wonderful place

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht wirklich direkt am Meer. Perfekt um zu relaxen oder auch die interessanten geschichtsträchtigen Städte der Umgebung zu erkunden. Vincenza ist eine sehr großzügige und liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Beautiful views

House was very comfortable for 2 couples. Good sized bedrooms and baths. Great patio for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Location was a great base for exploring Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Modica. Drawback: A/C didn’t work properly in 1 BR, but since there were 3 BR, one couple moved. The entire recycling/ trash situation was a mystery and communication with the owner did not clarify it.

Mycket bra

Fint hus med stora utrymme för en bra trivsel. Terrassen var väldigt fin med en underbar utsikt över havet. Vi var sex vuxna och alla trivdes ypperligt. Var svårt att hitta en bra supermarket i Fontane Bianchi, hittade senare en närmare Syracusa. Vår värd var väldigt gullig och hjälpsam. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka.
