The apartment was spectacular in all respects. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly located (with amazing views). Manos was a model host—gracious, attentive, and highly responsive. We will certainly recommend it without reservation to others who are planning to visit Perugia, and we hope to return ourselves before too long.

We were in Perugia for a family wedding. The location of this property was within walking distance of the shopping and dining locations. The home was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The property's owner/family was very helpful with navigating the town and whenever we had a question or concern they answered their phone and provided assistance. Exceptional apartment

Very well appointed apartment. Large and comfortable. Beds and bedding we’re extremely comfortable and inviting. I would stay there whenever I am in Perugia. Location is perfect!!!

I had the pleasure of hosting Elizabeth and her group at my flat in Perugia and I can confidently say that it was an extremely positive experience. Communication with them was excellent from the first contact. They always responded promptly to messages and were very respectful and courteous in every interaction. They behaved impeccably during their stay. They followed all the house rules and treated the flat with great care. It is evident that they hold respect for other people's property in high regard. Upon their departure, I found the flat in excellent condition. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Elizabeth to any host. It is rare to meet such attentive and respectful hosts, and I am sure whoever hosts them will have an equally positive experience. Spacious Apartment in The Heart of Historic Perugia

This apartment is by far the most spacious and accommodating VRBO location we have ever rented in Europe. Zia Manos met us when we got lost upon arrival and directed us to the location and even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and large enough for a whole family. It was impeccably clean and stocked with complimentary Prosecco, fruit, and chocolates. There are markets close by for anything else you need. Please note that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator and after a day of sightseeing and traveling, it is a slow climb for “older” folks. We would not hesitate to rent here again especially since Alberto and his aunt went out of their way to answer all questions and requests even before we left the US. Grazie mille per una settimana meravigliosa!!
