Luxury villa Bracchia Magic Retreat I with heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi on Brac is located in a settlement called Skrip on the island of Brac, only about 8 km away from the town of Supetar and about 4 km away from the nearest beach called Zastup.



This island rental home was built on a plot with a total surface of 840 m2 with a living area of 530 m2. The family villa on Brac is divided into two floors mutually interconnected by an indoor staircase.



Outside of this Croatian holiday home there is a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, a jacuzzi, an outdoor summer kitchen with a professional grill and dining area. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with various fruits and vegetables.



On the first floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with corner sofas and SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a library/media room and a toilet.



The ground floor of this Dalmatian holiday villa is divided into five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private exit to the landscaped garden. On the same floor there is also a wine/olive oil cellar, a private home gym, a sauna and two additional toilets.



This luxury Brac villa is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and central heating in the rest of the house. In this vacation home in Skrip there is free access to WI-FI and an LCD TV in the living room and in every bedroom. There is also private parking both in the garage and on the property.
