About this property

Please visit our beautiful home that is centrally located in Clearwater Florida. Our vacation home features 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath, which can sleep up to 9 people. The rooms consist of One King bed with an on-suite bathroom, one queen bed with its own bedroom/TV, a Bunk Bed with a full size futon and twin bed on top for 3, in the siting room is a Queen hideaway bed couch. This property features a nice screened in pool with plenty of sun for lounging and fun. The beaches are 15 minutes away, shopping/restaurants are minutes away, the Tampa airport is about 20 min drive, and many other filled activities close bye. Our house is a spacious home with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The Tampa Football stadium is 20 minutes away, the Tropicana baseball stadium 25 minutes away, the Spectrum field (Philadelphia spring training) is only 5 minutes away, the Yankees spring training facility ( George M Steinbrenner Field) is a short 25 minutes away.

Great place

First impression very clean nice home. The pool was fantastic. This location is close to so many things. My family has made lots of great memories there.

Perfect place

Perfect vacation spot for the whole family. We will definitely be back again. Kids loved the pool and the house had everything we needed.

Clearwater stay for thanksgiving

The residence and neighborhood were very nice. Great location to get to beaches, stores, venues, etc. the house was very accommodating for vacationers. We wanted to take some things to the beach, there was a nice cooler to use. We cooked every day, the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and even seasoning I forgot to get at the grocery store. We had kids in and out of the pool all day, plenty of towels. We pressed something wrong on the TV, couldn’t correct over the phone. The owner came out and it was resolved. Minor issue with pool heater, resolved. The internet was great. The living area floor plan is open so the kids were playing video games In one room and adults were in another room watching the games but we were still together and enjoying each other. Will definitely reserve this home again. It had all of the amenities needed for a great stay!!!!

Amazing!!

This property was amazing! The owner was so accommodating! Fully furnished had everything we needed and super clean! We had a problem with the pool heater not being turned on and the owner immediately responded and tuned on the heater before we knew it, it reached 85 degrees. Have stayed at many Vrbo locations and have never had a owner be so prompt and responsive! Very up to date property can’t say enough good things!!! This property deserves beyond a 5 star!
