The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by scrubland Mediterranean, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase with handrail, and the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from a public access, which makes it even more exclusive.
Villetta Capri has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sea view, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite.
The house has a comfortable furnished terrace overlooking the island of Stromboli, where there is also a comfortable brick barbecue.
The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other villas, has a solarium equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs.
