Beaches are a 3 minute car ride or 15 minute walk and are clean with beach clubs and restaurants eager to accommodate your requests.
If you prefer a quieter beach experience, there are several beaches accessible only on foot with a short 30 minute walk "la spiaggia del leone" (Lion’s beach). With access to Lamezia Terme airport only (40 minute drive), the ports at Reggio Calabria to access the ferries to Messina (60 minute drive), Villa Querencia is the perfect destination to base your southern Italy travels. The pristine beaches are clean and family friendly. Our gated villa is safe and located on a private road for residents only. We are a 2 minute drive to countless gelaterie, cafe's and restaurants. Of course, the crown jewel of Calabria TROPEA is a short 10 minute drive away.
What makes this property unique
The sunsets from your large private balcony are the most incredible you can experience, it's as though you have a private showing all to yourself. The unique positioning of the villa with it's 100 meter elevation allows unobstructed views of this spectacular light show each evening. If privacy is more to your liking, there are several "walk only" beaches which are accessible only on foot. If you prefer the inclusion of beach clubs, the lido at Zambrone Marina is your destination with several restaurants, music as well as a local water park all accessible from our local beach.
