If you have a car, there are many parking lots around the apartment (Chateau de Caen, Port de plaisance, quai de Vendeuvre).

In the vicinity, you will find many shops, bars and main restaurants of Caen.

This apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator, offers you all the comfort for short or long stays, whether you are with family or friends. We renovated and refurbished it in early 2022.

It is composed of three rooms each with a double bed (140x200cm), chest of drawers or shelves to store your belongings. Duvets, sheets and pillows are also available.

The living room is equipped with a TV, Wifi connection, a dining table and a 3-seater sofa. It opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the church and the castle. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and other surprises.

In the bathroom you will find a shower and everything you need such as towels, toilet paper, hair dryer.
