Altes Fischerhaus Exclusive Cottage in Binz

Our exclusive Altes Fischerhaus cottage is located in the center of Binz just off the busy main street and a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. You will be surrounded by many gardens in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The house has two bedrooms both equipped with Queen-sized beds (180cm wide) and with an adjacent bathroom. One with a shower and an infrarot sauna and the other with a bath tub.
Both join the heart of the cottage, the large living room with an open kitchen. Here you can prepare fresh meals, relax on the couch, enjoy the free streaming services on TV or go outside on the extra large porch.

The kitchen has all the tools you will need like stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee makers (normal and nespresso) and many more.
You will have our own BBQ, lawn chairs and parasol on the porch.
There is also a free of charge washing machine in the house.

The entire house has an underfloor heating.


We offer a quietly located and newly renovated holiday home in Binz on Rügen.
The house is located on the Klünderberg, a very green district of Binz, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach and the promenade with the famous pier.
The house has two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is also an infrared sauna to warm up on the colder days.

The living room is the heart of the house. From here you can go out onto the terrace into the garden, where you can prepare food or simply relax in the open, fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering:
a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (nespresso & regular) and of course plates, dishes and many kitchen utensils.
There is enough space for everyone in the cozy living room and everything you need for entertainment is available thanks to the smart TV with Bluray player, AppleTV+ subscription, Amazon Prime and soundbar.

The bedrooms each have an extra wide double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
There is also the option of an additional bed and travel cots for small guests.

The house has underfloor heating and is cozy and warm even on colder days.
Of course you can use the garden as well as the grill and garden furniture and there are also enough free parking spaces available.

Electricity and water costs as well as parking spaces are already included in the price; Tourist tax exclusive.
Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally for €15 per person.
Pets can be brought along after prior consultation for a fee starting at €40
The spa tax of €2.80 per person is not included in the rent and is collected separately by Airbnb
