VILLA DRAGA - SPLIT AREA

Located in the picturesque village of Podstrana on the Split Riviera, Villa Draga is a modern villa with a private swimming pool. Villa Draga is within a short walking distance of the beach and along the coast there are 6 km of beaches and a large variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The villa is within easy reach of Split (15 km) with its rich history and dozens of bars, restaurants, and shops. The Krka National Park and towns like Omis, Trogir, Baska Voda, and Makarska are within easy driving distance, and ferries from Split will take you to the surrounding islands including Brac or Makarska.

Villa Draga (384 sqm2) develops over three levels.

In the basement you will find a large gymnasium (including a treadmill, multi-gym, exercise bike, boxing punch bag and Pilates area), a bathroom (with toilet) and an entertainment area (with table football).

On the ground floor you will find a living room with a dining area (with table seating six), a well-equipped kitchen area and an entertainment area (with billiards table, darts, TV and PlayStation3®). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 200 cm x 210 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one triple bedroom (with three single beds; 120 cm x 210 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower). The triple bedroom is wheelchair accessible (basic equipment installed on request). On this level, you will also find a bathroom/utility room (with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer) and access to two garden terraces.

On the first floor you will find a living room (with access to two balconies) with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with table seating ten) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with breakfast bar). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 200 cm x 210 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed; 200 cm x 210 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower). You will also find a bathroom/utility room (with toilet, washing machine, iron, cot, and highchair (for children under 5).

Please note that one additional bed (single sofa bed) is available in one of the bedrooms.

Outside, the villa features a garden with a private swimming pool (35 sqm2; 9 m x 4 m; depth 1.4 m; fresh water; heated; open May - September) with jets for counter current swimming and a stepless entrance with a rail to assist disabled people. You will also find a sun terrace (with sun loungers), relaxation areas (with outdoor seating), an outdoor dining area, an outdoor fireplace for barbecues, a children’s playground (with swings and a slide) and an outdoor shower.
