On a floor space of 300m², up to 8 guests can make themselves comfortable in four spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the upper floor, and one with an ensuite bathroom is on the lower floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have access to smaller balconies, while the third bedroom has access to a large balcony with beautiful sea views. Guests have access to modern ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms, with an additional bathroom available on the ground floor.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen are located in an open-plan space. From here, thanks to the large glass doors, you have the perfect view of the outdoor area with the pool and direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals for friends and family. The living room's ambience is enhanced by a beautiful fireplace, making the atmosphere very inviting. For active guests, there is an exercise bike available to maintain fitness during the holiday.
In the completely fenced outdoor area, the 40m² pool with a built-in jacuzzi is waiting for you, surrounded by loungers where you can relax and soak up the sun. The outdoor area also features a green area and an outdoor grill. Meals prepared on the grill can be enjoyed on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
The youngest guests can have fun on the children's playground, and everyone can come together for a game on the volleyball field.
