The interior has been tastefully finished, with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 5 guests (with use of sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. There's an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double and king bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
The Space:
This fabulous 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, L-shaped sofa, and smart TV. There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 1 double, both featuring comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on street parking is available outside the property.
A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is conveniently located just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey from Belfast city centre. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Connswater Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away.
Other nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby - all within 10 minutes drive. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
Situated in a convenient location, it is possible to explore Belfast easily on foot. There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
