Villa Angelina, located in the sought after area of Papagayo, within walking distance to the popular Papagayo Beaches, the local Supermarket, the bus route and the promenda.
Approximately 20 minutes walk from the marina, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and a short taxi ride from the centre of Playa Blanca.

The villa is well appointed benefits from air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the lounge.
It has a private pool with pool heating (chargeable) The large patio has an alfresco dining area, sun loungers, outdoor seating and a BBQ.

The front entrace leads into the open plan lounge and dining area, with patio doors onto a small balcony, separate kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave and kitchen utensils.

A door leads out to the downstairs shower/toilet and upstairs to the Pool Area and Master Bedroom.

The Private Pool can be heated at a charge, seating area which is great for relaxing in the shade with a glass of wine, stairs lead upto a perfect sized terrace area with x4 Sunloungers, comfortable modern seating area and built in BBQ.

From the pool area is the access to the Master Bedroom, Kingsize Bed, Modern Furnishing, Aircon Units, Fitted Wardrobes, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bath/overhead shower, separate shower unit & toilet.

The 2nd Twin Bedrooom is located on the top floor, with fantastic views over the mountain, the bedroom has modern furniture, TV, Fitted Wardrobes, Ensuite Bathroom with overhead shower, separate shower unit & toilet.

The villa has WIFI which is included in the rental price
Towels, bedlinen and hairdryers are provided.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Welcome pack is available at extra cost.
Air Conditioning is coin operated.
Prices are based on 2 guests , additional guests occur a small additional fee

Casa Angelina

Villa is nice if a bit unusual.Quite far out of Playa Blanca but there is a good bus service if needed.Colorado area has a few bars and restaurants but not a great amount to choose from so best to visit Playa blanca itself or the marina for a bigger choice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your stay, the villa is unique in it's layout, it is a shame to get a 3* review on the location more than the villa itself as we feel this villa offers clean, fresh, newly decorated with neutral furniture and furnishings, along with good size rooms both with en-suites and nice outside area space. As discussed during my visit to bring new sun lounger cushions, I spoke with the cleaners and we went through the issues you encountered on arrival, I asked them to do a good clean during your mid stay. Fantastic accommodation in a lovely area of Playa Blanca.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is friendly and helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. The accommodation is in a lovely area with a supermarket, bars, eateries, beaches and coastal walk nearby. The bus stop is just up the road and the no 30 bus takes you all around Playa Blanca. You can also get off at the main bus station and take buses to other resorts and the airport. We visit Lanzarote every few years and have always found the buses and taxis to be reliable and good value, so never bother hiring a car. We would certainly look to book again if we return to this area.

Good place to stay

Very clean property. It's on 4 levels so lots of stairs so no good for very young or mobility issues. But we knew this & we liked all the separate area's. The pool was great & well maintained. Jodie was helpful and fixed any problems quickly. Just to note, an information pack would be helpful. When using the aircon, we found 2 euros overnight for the 2 bedrooms on eco lasted around 8-10hrs. If you lower the temp though, it will eat your money up. Also, there are building works at the rear. Some distance at the moment. The noise isn't too intrusive and you can't hear it when not using the 2 bedrooms. Overall, we had a lovely stay & certainly will come back to Lanzarote.

Wir hatten zu dritt fantastische 2 Wochen auf Lanzarote und haben uns sehr wohl im Haus Villa Angelina gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat alles was es braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Toll war die Zwischenreinigung bei dem Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt werden. Jodie ist nahezu immer erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell und lösungsorientiert sollte irgendwas sein. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Selbst die Straße die vorbei führt fällt geräuschetechnisch kaum ins Gewicht, da gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell dran. Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt oder zu den Papagayo Stränden. Einfach eine richtig gute Lage. Wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und wenn wir nochmals nach Playa Blanca kommen, wäre dieses Haus unsere erste Adresse.

Belle villa, bien placée. Dans l'ensemble c'etait très bien. Juste la distance entre les 2 chambres éloignées ne sont pas pratiques pour une famille. Il faut savoir que jusque 14h la piscine est a l'ombre. On faisait donc des sorties le matin puis on profitait de la piscine l'après-midi.Enfin, je suis très déçu que la climatisation soit payante. Cetait très contraignant de faire en sorte d'avoir des pièces de monnaie sur soi. Sachez qu'1 vous fera 1h de clim.Malgré tout elle reste une belle villa familiale. Merci !

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren schon mehrfach auf Lanzarote. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, nur eine mehrfach befahrene Straße führt vorne vorbei. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da das Reihenhaus architektonisch raffiniert gebaut ist. Es fällt immer irgendwo Sonne in den Innenhof. Der Pool wird beheizt was uns sehr wichtig war. Alles ist sehr sauber, auch wenn das Haus schon einige Jahre alt ist und an manchen Stellen etwas renoviert werden könnte. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und dürften mal getauscht werden. Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Die Auflagen der Liegen müssten mal erneuert werden. Aber Jodie ist als gute Seele immer da, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir durften länger bleiben da unser Flug erst nachmittags ging. Wir können das Haus empfehlen wenn man nicht zu hohe Erwartungen hat. Preis Leistung stimmt. Es gibt genügend hochpreisige Alternativen wenn man einiges mehr ausgeben möchte. Die Lage zu den Papagayo Stränden ist ideal, auch zum Hafen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen ab Flughafen und das können wir grundsätzlich empfehlen wenn man ein Haus mietet. Die Zimmer schienen neu gestrichen und das Wohnzimmer wirkte auch neuwertig. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Agréable séjours Proche de tout. On peu faire pas mal de chose à pied Très courte distance de la mer et bel promenade le long du littoral. Le carrelage a besoin d'un bon nettoyage car usure assez prononcée Merci à Jodie de nous avoir permis de rester jud14h30 car notre avions était quasi à 18h00 Placé à environ 30 minutes de l'aéroport je recommande cette location

Villa carina con alcuni inconvenienti, non ha buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La villa è carina, situata in una zona di espansione turistica di Playa Blanca comoda per raggiungere le spiagge del Papagajo. Supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi. Pulizia degli spazi esterni non corrispondente ai nostri standard ed al prezzo dell'alloggio. Presenza di rumori dalla mattina presto dovuta a cantiere presente dietro alla villetta. Durante il nostro soggiorno è entrato un uomo a fare manutenzione della piscina senza preavviso il che non è ammissibile perché quando in affitto l'alloggio è una proprietà privata e dovrebbe essere garantita la privacy. La questione in particolare è che per arrivare alla piscina si passa dal soggiorno, cucina,e le stanze si affacciano sulla piscina, mia figlia era sola e dormiva e si è molto spaventata. I gestori si sono giustificati e scusati dell'incidente ma comunque non ho trovato il fatto accettabile. La lavatrice non funzionava correttamente. Complessivamente. l'appartamento non vale quello che costa e non è gestito al meglio.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, it is unfortunate that there are building works nearby the villa, Playa Blanca are now beginning works on abandoned buildings, which will improve the areas, including building of 2 new supermarkets, construction is happening all over the island, this unfortunately creates noise and dust, we try our best to keep the terrace and outside areas as clean as possible before arrivals, but with the winds here it can be difficult. We understand your concern with the Pool Maintenance having to gain access to the interior of the house to get to the pool area for cleaning, I will make this clear in the arrival details for future guests, the schedules change weekly, but acknowledging that someone will be attending the maintenance of the pool during stays should give guests the notice to be prepared for their attendance. The Washing Machine was working but agreed not on certain settings, a New Machine has been purchased. We are sorry that you do not feel that the house is not good value for money, I disagree, the villa interiors are in very good condition, the facilities available including kitchen utensils, Lounge area, bedrooms both have ensuites which are very clean with Baths & showers, TV's, New Bedding & Towels the terrace area with BBQ, seating and sun lounger's with cushions are good quality and comfortable. The owners and Management do their best to accommodate all guests before & during their stay.
