Small stone house with panoramic terrace and splendid view over the green woods of the Casentino val

Casalte is the perfect destination for your holiday as a couple. The small house is located in a secluded position just a few kilometres from the characteristic village of Castel Focognano, nestled between woods and forests of chestnut and oak trees in the green Casentino valley. In Castel Focognano you will find a typical restaurant that offers excellent traditional local dishes. We recommend spending an evening out for dinner, in search of new and delicious flavours. A few kilometres further down the valley, in the village of Rassina, you will also find shops and supermarkets.

The little house offers a panoramic private swimming pool, size 4x8 m, depth 1.10 m (open from 1 May to 30 September), with sunbeds and parasol, the perfect refuge on hot summer days. On the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Casentino forests you can enjoy your lunches and dinners or even breakfasts in the cool of the morning. There is a barbecue for grilling, a wood-burning oven and in the large outdoor area there is also an equipped gazebo.

If you are looking for an unforgettable couple's holiday, if you love trekking or biking, there are wonderful trails in the vicinity of the house, you are in the right place. But also if you would like to spend a relaxing time in the midst of a valley that is alive with a magical, spiritual atmosphere, or visit small, characteristic villages, monasteries, abbeys, ancient castles and solitary hermitages, we can definitely recommend Casalte 2. The house is also very comfortable, has all the necessary amenities and has been renovated and furnished by the owner with love and respect for the ancient traditions of the place.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Heating Euro 15 per sack of pellets (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 20 each 100 kg (if used).

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
