The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. The Italian coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (300 m 950 ft).

The house is distributed over two floors which are NOT communicating from the inside.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners who only use it occasionally and who live in the other villa on the property.
