With a spacious, modern, bright and fully air-conditioned living space of 700m², The Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, in 3 suites and 3 bedrooms. The three suites are each furnished with a comfortable king size bed and have an en suite bathroom. One of the suites also has a walk-in closet and a terrace, while the second suite has a small terrace with a lawn. Both suites offer captivating and tranquil views of the shimmering Adriatic Sea and the garden. The master suite also has a walk-in closet, while it’s en suite bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the shower, assuring you moments of relaxation. Furthermore, the master suite has a private living room with fireplace and two balconies, one of which has an outdoor rain shower. Lose yourself in the panoramic view of the sea and the garden and rest your body and soul during your stay. In addition to the three suites, there are 3 more bedrooms in the villa. One of which is the tower bedroom with a king size bed, access to a private bathroom with shower, a separate coffee corner with a fridge and a beautiful view of the courtyard. From this bedroom, you have access to the tower pavilion with sea view. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with king size beds, while one of the bedrooms has access to a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet. The last bedroom has a separate bathroom and is connected to the master bedroom with a soundproof lockable connecting door. The special feature of the luxurious bathrooms is not only the privacy and tranquility you are guaranteed, but they are also flattering to the eye. With the shelves made of the famous Brač stone, just a simple look at the bathrooms will make you feel special. To keep your stay as cozy as possible, you can spend precious time together with your loved ones in the heart of the villa, the salon, and the living area. With its 32 m2 area, its fireplace, and the glass wall that offers a panoramic view of the pool and the seemingly endless sea, the villa is also ideal for stays during the winter.
