Large detached 1 bedroom home only 10 minutes walk from Swanpool Beach, Falmouth (sleeps 2). Less than 1.5 miles from Falmouth Town Centre.
A short stroll to the South West Coastal Path.
Less than 1.5 miles to Falmouth town centre with shopping, pubs, restaurants and the National Maritime Museum.
Facilities include:-
• Large lounge with comfy sofas, 75" Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview and doors with view of the garden
• Well equipped fitted kitchen
• Dining room
• Large bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom and sea views
• Ensuite Bathroom with large shower and W.C.
• Family Bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.
• Downstairs toilet
• Utility room with washing machine and dryer
• Linen and towels provided with iron & ironing board
• Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave & coffee maker
• Barbecue and charcoal available

We moved to Cornwall in 2009 and haven't looked back since. We consider ourselves very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of Cornwall, so close to the beaches and the South West Coastal Path.

The location of the property gives easy access to Falmouth town and beaches. Just 10 minutes walk to Swanpool beach and from there a further 10 minute walk takes you to Gyllyngvase beach. Both beaches have lovely cafes on the beaches to enjoy a drink and take in the stunning views.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This peaceful location is within easy reach of 4 stunning local beaches and only a 30 minute walk into Falmouth town.. The kingsize bedroom has stunning sea views and a lovely mature garden to relax in and soak up a bit of sun. The house has a large living room with comfortable sofas and a 75" TV with Netflix. Guests often comment at how light the house is with ample parking and provides a great base to explore the stunning scenery that Cornwall offers.
