The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across a compact yet functional layout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, complete with a dining table ideal for shared meals. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm and benefits from direct access to a shower and WC. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 70 cm, providing a practical sleeping arrangement for younger guests or companions. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-bed configuration, with each bunk measuring 70 cm. A second shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests throughout their stay.
