Amazibu 504 is situated in a secure complex in Amanzimtoti, a coastal town renowned for its subtropical climate and stretch of golden beaches. It is a popular tourist destination, particularly with surfers, and divers visiting the world-famous Aliwal Shoal just off the coast of the Indian Ocean
The 3-bedroom unit, located on the fifth floor, can accommodate 7 guests and offers guests stunning views of the beach and ocean. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second and third bedroom makes use of a shared bathroom fitted with a bath.
The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer on the property. There is uncapped high-speed broadband on the property which is also very ideal for those who may wish to work during the holidays. The living area has a smart TV which is equipped with Netflix, and Amazon Prime among other programs. There is a free-standing breakfast counter with stools, and a dining table, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony.
In the early hours of the morning, when the world is still draped in the quiet embrace of dawn, lucky observers may witness a magnificent sight – the school of dolphins and whales that grace these waters. As the first light of day breaks through the horizon, these majestic creatures glide through the ocean with grace and elegance.
The dolphins, with their playful demeanor, leap, and frolic in the waves, their sleek bodies glistening in the sunlight. Their joyous antics are a sight to behold, captivating all who are fortunate enough to witness it. As if on cue, the whales make their appearance, their massive forms breaching the surface in a display of sheer power and grace.
The complex enjoys direct access to a safe swimming beach through an access-controlled gate while parking, a communal braai area, and a laundry line are also available. The apartment building is accessed via a remote-controlled gate.
There is no load shedding on this property. This means you enjoy your full stay without any power fluctuations or power cuts.
