This beautiful newly built villa is located in the small village of Donja Jagodnja, 40 kilometers from Zadar. This location is ideal for escaping from everyday life and relaxing in a beautiful rural landscape. The villa is subtly decorated with rustic details and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs. Additional content is a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen, with an open fireplace and an attached toilet.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, and a bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and an additional toilet. The fully fenced yard is ideal for vacationing with children and a pet, and for those who love activities, there are two electric bicycles for exploring the wonderful landscape that surrounds the house.
