After a dream-come-true backyard makeover, Casa Dia is available for the first time since 2019. From Casa Dia, you can walk the short path straight to the beach, and town is just a five-minute drive away. Casa Dia is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. The third bedroom can be converted from a king bed to two twin beds. Just let us know if that would work better for you. The second bedroom has a stunning ocean view. The upstairs primary bedroom has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Pacific, perfect for enjoying your beverage of choice while gazing at the glistening ocean. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by cozy hang-out spaces, including shaded hammocks and a fire pit area with built-in seating. The ocean view from the courtyard is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets and watching whales play. The open kitchen is great for cooking and socializing, and there are multiple places to enjoy delicious meals. If you prefer to grill out by the pool, Casa Dia has everything you need, including a built-in bar with stools in the grilling area. There is a dedicated, private workspace upstairs with an office and a roof deck with unforgettable views. Casa Dia is a beautiful, calm space to relax while you enjoy the magic of Baja. Spent a week here with friends in December, house was great, everything was set up, exceeded our expectations. This house is a private home and unlike other rental properties, everything isn't locked up in an owners locker. The house was very equipped, right down to reusable plastic containers, ice packs and a cooler for beach picnics. (not to mention beach chairs and an umbrella). The owners were great to deal with and the property manager lives next door. He was able to help with any questions, local knowledge, and even met us in town upon arrival so we could find the place in the dark.

A wonderful Christmas Vacation!

We spent a wonderful 10-day Christmas holiday at Casa Dia. We arrived after hours and were met by the on-site manager, Erik, who walked us through the entire house. He was very thorough, and although he was available any time to answer questions, we never needed him. the house is tastefully done with plenty of wide, open views to the ocean--a five minute walk away. Our family likes to read, and there was an impressive assortment of books--including travel information---to choose from. We had many of our meals at the house--most on the patio, with the ocean and fantastic sunsets in the distance. The kitchen had everything we needed, and fresh, organic produce was available a short drive away. We followed the owner's recommendations for shops, markets and restaurants and were never disappointed. Although Cabo San Lucas is only 1-1/2 hours away, we never spent any time there. We found Todos Santos had everything and was a much more authentic Mexican town. It was a very peaceful getaway, and we highly recommend Casa Dia. As our 29-year-old daughter put it: "I tried to stay forever, but my parents made me leave."

Magic stay

Once we found the WiFi password on the fridge, life took a giant turn for the better. It was truly a magical stay. The house is superbly laid out and extremely comfortable. My dog adored the back sand yard !!!

Lovely, comfortable house although it needs some sprucing up.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. There were a number of things not working in the house (ceiling fans, screens missing; hammocks in bad shape and needed replacement, front door coming off hinges, ) which were quickly taken care of by the property manager. But it did require us to wait at the house for handyman a few days in a row. It felt like the house hadn’t been cared for in a while and we felt bad having to report problems to the property manager. By the time we left I think the house is in good shape for next visitors. And both the property manager and the owner were very kind and responsive and apologetic

Wonderful week away!

Lovely and comfortable home within earshot of crashing surf on the fine sand beaches and a short drive to the charming town of Todos Santos.. Casa Dia was a great spot for our family to find rest, beauty, and sunshine far from the drizzle of Seattle. For naturalists the birding and hiking up the arroyos is excellent. And baby sea turtles are released to the sea twice daily from a hatching site within walking distance. The Colers

The house was perfect!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed a total of 3 nights in the house and I felt like it wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy the house. We were a group of 6 people with a dog and we had more than enough room to roam around. The owner Chris and the agent Erik were extremely attentive! Whatever it was we needed Erik would answer his phone right away! The house is relatively close to downtown Todos Santos and a 2 minute drive or small hike to the beach. They have a full kitchen with plenty of cookware, and a washer/dryer. Hands down we would stay in this home again. Thanks again to Chris and Erik for letting us stay! -Lizette Andonaegui

Love the place

Had a great time in the city of Todos Santos. Spent a day at the beach and did some shopping. We also ate at some great but the farm to table restaurant a little was out of town was awsome, Hierbabuena is the name.

Absolutely fantastic property!! Better than the pictures.

The house was very clean, spacious, and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. Gorgeous tile and cool features. There are lots of windows on both floors. Master suite was a dream!! Very comfortable bed and linens. Traveled with two adult daughters and their husbands. Plenty of room. The hammock was a favorite spot and always in the shade. Loved hearing the birds and the crashing surf. Short and pleasant walk to beach and turtle release site. In a small neighborhood and very quiet. Outside seating area is beautiful and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Wonderful House and Location

This beautifully designed, spacious and well-located home makes an excellent base to enjoy Todos Santos and the surrounding area. There are 2 comfortable living areas, several outdoor sitting areas, modern kitchen, "industrial sized" washer and dryer and 2.5 bathrooms. The ocean, whale activity, bird life and beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the various decks. Beach access and the turtle release area are less than a 10 minute walk away. Access to the house is on a 400+ yard bumpy road, but manageable in a small sedan. The drive to Todos Santos is at the most 10 minutes on a paved road. Communication with both the owner, Chris, and the property manager, Erik, was excellent. We had a fun stay here and hope some day to return.

Fantastic

The home was perfect for myself and three family members, though it has room for even more. It has a well set up kitchen, bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and has an awesome outside eating area. It is just a short walk to the turtle release sight on the beach, and a trip to town is all of about 10 mins. It has a great view and, even had some ripe fruit in the yard to compliment our cold beverages. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Liked the property very much

Instructions were very helpful . The property is away from the hussel of town and quiet. Six of us stayed tgether and it was nice to be together. We gave the youngest couple the master which was upstairs. The house is great, I would highly recommend it. Walkable to the beach and great sunsets. The road to the house is dirt and could use grating.

Magical is a total understatement!

Magical is a total understatement! Casa Dia is beautifully designed and decorated and set in a quiet and tasteful neighborhood. It is a quick drive into Todos Santos and a hop skip and a jump to the beach. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed and there is everything you need to pack a picnic. It worked really well for our family vacation with our two kids. We enjoyed our downtime doing puzzles, playing apples to apples watching movies and reading. I couldn't imagine finding better value for money and really enjoyed the whole vibe of Todos Santos and the surrounding region.

Lovely house within a walk to the beach

The house was really well done. I'm a builder and appreciate all the details, including the balconies and a master suite above it all. So nice listening to the waves wake us slowly in the morning, lounging around on the porches, and a nice study away from everything else. we even had some fresh fruit from the yard. Great job on the house.

Casa Dia was perfect for a week of relaxation and walks on the beach

I celebrated my birthday with my adult sons. The villa is beautifully designed and comfortably furnished. We had our morning coffee and breakfast on the patio and loved the panoramic view of the coast. There was easy access to the beach for our daily visit to the turtle sanctuary and walks along the beach. We drove to the town of Todos Santos or to the various beaches north and south for our lunch or dinner and sightseeing. Our favorite lunch spot was Bahia cafe. They have great seafood, ceviche, tacos and margueritas. They also sell fresh fish so we bought whole fish for grilling on the BBQ. I found a comfortable chair to read and relax. My son read two of Christine's Gusto books. Thanks to both of you for the love you put into your villa.

Lovely house, stunning beach, charming town

Comfortable, well-appointed Mexican-style home within short walking distance of a spectacular beach. Todos Santos is a charming, friendly, laid-back colonial town with lots of terrific restaurants, artists, shopping. Whale watching was exciting during our stay. We caught the end of the music festival and the start of the art festival. Perfect vacation experience.

Casa Dia was a wonderful Vacation

We stayed at Casa Dia for four nights we loved every day that we stayed there the house is well thought out we loved the neighborhood and Todos Santos is a unique town I dont know why anyone would want to stay in a hotel after staying in a place like this. Thanks for the stay
