Open-plan apartment with elevator on the first floor of a historic building on Via dei Rondinelli, in the heart of Florence's historic center, halfway between the Duomo and the Santa Maria Novella train station. You'll fall in love with the apartment's elegance and its surroundings.
The apartment has been recently renovated and measures approximately 65 square meters. It comprises a spacious living room (with a sofa that converts into a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom (sink, bidet, toilet, and shower), and a charming mezzanine bedroom. Given its location, you can get around on foot from your arrival at the station and throughout your stay. For more than four guests, see the neighboring Rondinelli Charme Prestige apartment. This is an amazing property right in the heart of Florence! It was an easy walk to the train station in one direction and the Duomo in the other. We loved having the extra space of the living room separate from the loft! Very clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend this property for a visit to Florence!

Location was great, close to everything and not hard to find, after we realized we were on the wrong side of the street. Only downside, didn't feel comfortable opening windows and shutters. Could have been user error but hard to secure and unsecure.

Great Location in the heart of Florence

Pros Location was near everything including great restaurants, everything works, very clean and comfortable. Sokol the host was great and very responsive. He was a pleasure to deal with. Ask him about his brother’s really good restaurant! Kitchen was well-equipped. Bed and bedding was very comfortable.Cons: Narrow spiral staircase to sleeping loft may not be for everybody Shower is small and so-so to use. Despite these two drawbacks, we would stay there again.

Really good location

The location of the apartment is near everything, less than 10 min walk from the train, 5 min walk to the Duomo, etc. The bed in the mezzanine is a king and very confortable, we did not use the bunkbed, everything is clean and works perfectly. It is in a second floor. The only thing is that there are no ilumination in the staircase so you have to use the lamp of the phone. Also, there is an elevator that you can use to move your luggage. Really good option

Great location - mediocre accomodation

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great- close to the train station and the piazza - everything was fairly close. There was a lot of shopping and a grocery store was only a few blocks away. The host was helpful, but forty five minutes late to let us in. There were no kitchen hand towels to use and only a quarter of a roll of paper towels to dry your hands. The bathroom floor around the shower was a little grimy in the corners and the shower drain itself was slow. Overall it was okay, and a good price for the location. Just needed a little extra attention.

Great location, small apartment

We booked this place in a bit of last minute, due to the Air BnB we booked months in advance cancelled us a week before we left for Italy. We stayed in Florence for NYE and NY day 2020. This apartment was in an absolutely fantastic location. It is 5 min walk from the train station and 2 min from The Duomo. This apartment is up 2 flights of stairs but has an elevator (lift). Check in was great. There was a person there when we got there and checkin was quick and seamless. WiFi was marginal and spotty, shower was small but useable, laundry was painfully slow, but was there. Windows opened to a semi quiet alley. When I booked, it appeared by the listing there was a bedroom and a loft. After the place was booked and paid for, the owner informed me that the rental was just the main apartment and the loft, and our party slept on 2 sofa beds in the living room and beds in the loft. Not sure if I misread or the ad was not very transparent, but renter beware and know what you are getting. Overall nice place because of the location and we were thankful to have it over the Buon Ano holiday.
