An impressive entrance leads you into gardens surrounding this magnificent country retreat. The villa is decorated to a high standard and includes many rustic details, including an unusually designed bathroom complete with sunken bath. Outside, a large terrace offers panoramic views of the mountains, countryside and coast and gives access to the private swimming pool, decorated with a waterfall of attractive ornamental stones and pretty flowerbeds.

This villa is perfect for couples with it’s private pool and beautiful gardens and a choice of outdoor spaces to sit , eat and relax It is very private and has everything you could need Owners are helpful if needed Villa is very clean and is cleaned and new bedding and towels each week Pool is cleaned and checked twice a week You will need a car for this villa We have stayed here 4 times at different times of the year and we would go again!

From A to Z: it was just perfect! The house and the surroundings are simply beautiful, well thought thru. Bernardo and his family put a lot of heart in this home and that you can feel. It's peaceful, quiet and the pool with its view is just wonderful. You'll find everything you need in the house and it was very clean! A special (big) Thank you goes to Bernardo, who was always available if we needed any help. He's a great guy who's very friendly and discret. We will come back for sure!

Sehr erholsam. Der Vermieter bzw. die Agentur machte einen noch vorab auf eine Ortsfest aufmerksam und gab einem auch Hinweise falls wie man bei Bedarf als Anwohner auch durch den abgesperrten Ort fahren darf.Die Nähe zu Frigiliana hat sich wirklich ausgezahlt. Das Haus und Gartenanlage waren wirklich in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag und keine Kritik sondern reine für die persönlich Faulheit, dass man das Tor an der Einfahrt per Fernbedinung öffnen kann wäre super.

Villa Abrevadero was built respecting the architecture of the old country houses of Frigiliana. In its construction there are architectural details and reflections of my family's century old country houses.

Due to the slope of the land, many natural stone walls had to be built by hand using the traditional Moorish technique.

The design of the exteriors was the reason why its construction took five years until it was finished in 2005, which was a hard work of my wife and myself.

The watering trough for the animals built on a slope of the land is what gave the villa its name.
