5 Minute walk to the beach ! Location is the Key !

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath modern cottage is located at Breakwater Village. House was just renovated in June of 2024. Your private beach is less than a 5 min walk from the rental. This house is fully equipped and supplied with your every day needs including wireless high speed Internet and a Roku ( streaming ) TV in all the rooms. A/C is provide from a Mitsubishi mini split system also. An outdoor heated enclosed shower is a great addition for a rinse after the beach. Indoor bath also. This house even includes its own private beach, which is only a 3-5 minute walk away! It has two bedrooms with a double bed in 1 room and 2 single bunks in the other. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper.

With only a few steps to a full water view, you are sure to relax to a spectacular sunrise or sunset over the ocean. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays welcome upon availability.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to view this property. 2024 brings new paint to the inside of the house, all new flooring and an updated / renovated indoor bathroom/shower.Wireless high speed internet has also. The house is kept in great condition with everything up to date. If the week your looking for is not available, please email anyways, have friends with houses in the same area. No animals allowed. Only service dogs with the correct paperwork. Association rule, not mine. There are no linens/ pillows or comforters supplied with the house. Linen companies are available in the area upon request that supply everything you need for a nice enjoyable vacation. Contact owner for more info.

Great Stay

Stayed in early October with family of 4. Very short walk to the beach. We had it to ourselves. The house was very clean and owner was very responsive. Really a great trip and would definitely stay again.

Great Rhode Island getaway

We had a great time at Steve’s place. His communication was excellent. The neighborhood beach is an easy walk and has a beautiful sandy bottom. Don’t miss crab cakes at Aunt Carries.

Long weekend family getaway

This property is exceptional!! It is well stocked for any of your needs, extraordinarily clean, and exactly as described in quiet private community by the beach. Our family of 4, including two teenagers was very comfortable. The owner had fantastic communication! Highly recommend!!

Great Beach Getaway!!

This house is located in a little beach community that we loved. 3 minute walk to a private beach waving to neighbors along the way. From the minute I booked Steve was awesome. Communication was great and he made this enjoyable. The house has a great deck and is updated inside. Restaurants and Ice cream within walking distance and 30 min to Newport. Plenty of room for my wife, myself and our 1 year old. We can’t wait to come back!

Wish we could stay longer

The property is just as described, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The second bedroom top bunk does have low clearance with the ceiling slope, our 11 yr old was fine but our older son or an adult may have difficulty getting into it. Overall we were very happy with our stay. My husband and kids all stated that we would like to return again if the opportunity to travel to the area again occurs.

Just What's Needed

This cottage was perfect for a week by the sea. Everything was as advertised, clean as a whistle, comfortable and secure, a kitchen full of everything you need, and minutes to the beach. It was our first time staying in a beach community such as Breakwater and we really liked the small community vibe. The outdoor hot shower was a winner as well. We hope to come again. Thanks Steve for maintaining a cool place, and thanks for great communication. Suzanne & Family

Great Stay!

House is exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and cannot beat the location. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk (even w young kids) and it’s beautiful! The owner is super responsive - but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay again!

Nice get-away

Beautifully maintained. Perfect for a couple or a small family. One room has bunk beds. Beautiful outdoor shower, nice East facing deck, WiFi, tons of counter space and accouterments for cooking, raised bartop with 4 stools off the back of the kitchen penisula, blender. Who wants a Pina cola?

Beautiful Cozy Beach House

Quaint cottage by the sea

I stayed in Stephen’s cottage with my husband and two sons (3 years and 1 year). It was absolutely perfect for our group. It’s tough to stay in a hotel with such little ones and this house gave us all the comforts of home in our vacation. It was clean and the main living space was spacious for the its small size. The house is just about a five minute walk to a lovely private beach that was great for our little guys. This location was perfect for us. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great House/Location!!

We just came back from a weekend trip to Point Judith and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay ! Stephen made the booking process very easy and answered any questions I had. Check in was also seamless. The house was clean and updated and was the perfect size for four adults! It had everything we needed. The community it is located in was SO adorable and only a 2-3 minute walk to private beach. Everyone you passed was so friendly. We really enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower! We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and already are thinking of when we can come back!
