Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

The rental was what we expected. It was clean and comfortable.Getting to the upstairs bedrooms, the steps are very steep. This should be noted. The owner communicated with us outside of the Vrbo website - inbox. I wasn't aware of this until later, when I checked the app and website. I found the messages intrusive.

We had a wonderful week at the beach house. Rhonda was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Top rated host! The house itself was beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower and back yard layout. Nicely located on a quiet road with little to no street traffic. Only a short walk from the beach. Will be renting again!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at the A-Frame by the Sea! Rhonda was incredibly helpful and accommodating, she answered all of our questions ahead of time and even shared great suggestions for things to do in town. The house had everything we needed and instantly felt like home. It’s tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, which my 4-year-old and I enjoyed doing every day - it made our trip so special! Cozy, charming, and in a perfect location - don’t miss the chance to stay here!

The Cozy Cottage has everything you need for a vacation at the beach. The living room utilizes the space nicely and feels very roomy, the decor in each room is beautiful, and the a/c makes it very comfortable from the summer heat. The dead-end street is very quiet and relaxing. I have only good things to say. Highly recommend!

Could not reccomend this home more. This home is the perfect location and truly is a quick easy walk to the beach! Home was equipped with everything our family of three needed. We traveled with an 18 month old, so we made use of the baby gate that was thoughtfully provided for the stairs. Great experience and look forward to another stay in the future!

Scarborough A Frame cottage

Quiet, pretty, and clean neighborhood. Property is well maintained making it very comfortable to enjoy one’s stay. Owner is conscientious, provides clear and accurate info on the property. Very responsive when contacted by text or phone if needed. Wonderful 5 minute walk to Scarborough Beach South which is a beautiful ocean site. Access to food shopping and restaurants only minutes away by car. A lovely place to return to!
Living room. Every room has a tv and excellent Wi-Fi connections.

Fantastic!

Our stay at “Cozy A-Frame by the Sea” was wonderful! This was our first time on the Rhode Island coast and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rhonda was an amazing host and was easy to contact. We can’t wait to come back again when the weather is warmer. Thank you Rhonda for renting us your beautiful beach home where we created a weekend filled with memories!

We have always loved A-frames and found this adorable beach property the end of 2019. We can now enjoy Narragansett as our home and hope you do too! We designed this newly renovated beach property with a lot of love and would like to share it with you for your spring and summer rental season! We look forward to giving you the opportunity to relax in our cozy home and hope your experience brings you back for years to come.
