The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.



The apartment has 3 bathrooms (one with a shower and two with a bathtub), air conditioning and fireplace, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.



The balcony with an ocean view is perfect for relaxing, and there is also a barbecue area for memorable dinners.



Location and Condominium

Just 1 km from Arrifes Beach, with easy access to the sand. The condominium offers a free pool and tennis court available for rent. There is also a private restaurant on site (meals not included).
